  • What is a lace closure? What is a lace frontal?
    Lace closures are created by hair attached to a lace fabric secured by a knot. That's it. Handle it with care. If you over bleach your knots, you will experience excessive shedding and balding. If you comb starting at the root, you will also experience excessive shedding and balding. Always comb starting from the ends and work your way up. Lace closures and lace frontals are not meant to last forever. Taking heed with the few steps above can increase the lifespan of your investment. If you are unsure of its condition after each use, check with your stylist prior to your appointment.
  • What is the difference between a custom wig and a premade wig?
    Custom Wig Wigs that are custom made from scratch with the use of our own sewing machine, bundles, lace and wig supplies. These wigs are specially designed to fit and suit you. Premade Wigs These wigs are crafted by our vendor using hair from our collection. We offer three different sizes (Small, Medium and Large) and offer densities ranging from 130%-200% for preferences. Our wigs fit MOST head sizes.
  • What length closure or frontal do I get?
    Closure The length of your closure should be equal to or longer than the length of your longest bundle. However if you cannot meet this recommendation, get the longest length available. Ex: 12/14/16 bundles with a 16”+ Closure OR 18” Closure Ex: 26/28/30/30 bundles. Get the LONGEST length available Frontal The length of your frontal should be longer than your longest bundle OR the longest length available.
  • When will my order ship?
    We ship out items Monday-Friday. Customers are responsible for all fees applicable to their purchase. To ensure deliveries are not delayed or misplaced please make sure shipping addresses are verified and secure. Shipping confirmation and tracking would be made available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days International Shipping is 7-10 business days All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Once your package leaves our facility and is with USPS, it is out of our control. Please direct all questions and concerns regarding your order to USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
  • Can I color-treat or bleach my Extensions?
    Yes, you may color-treat or bleach your Extensions. We strongly suggest that you have a professional color-treat or bleach your extensions.
  • How many bundles are needed for a sew-in/wig?
    The number of bundles needed will vary depending on the style and the individual. Bob- lengths 12”-14” we recommend 2 bundles Lengths 18” or under, we recommend 3 bundles Lengths 24” or over, we recommend 4 bundles *If fullness is desired we suggest adding an extra bundle to your order*

  • How should I install my bundles?
    Before installing your extensions, conditioner wash (co-wash) the hair first with a moisturizing conditioner like Organix Moroccan Argan Oil conditioner. Brush and detangle your hair prior to washing with a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb. To avoid shedding, do not cut the wefts of your extensions. Use the fold over method to install the hair. If the wefts must be cut please seal with weft sealant prior to installing.
  • How should I style my hair?
    When styling with heating tools it is important to use a heat protectant serum or spray that is alcohol free. We do not recommend oil-based products because this will fry the hair. To minimize frizz and lock in waves or curl, apply a curl defining/curl control cream while the hair is wet. It will give the hair a nice, soft, and tamed wet look while it's dry.
  • How long will my extensions last?
    The longevity of our luxury extensions depends on how well the hair is maintained. Maintain it well and it will last you years.
  • How many bundles are needed for a sew-in/wig?
    The number of bundles needed will vary depending on the style and the individual. Bob- lengths 12”-14” we recommend 2 bundles Lengths 18” or under, we recommend 3 bundles Lengths 24” or over, we recommend 4 bundles *If fullness is desired we suggest adding an extra bundle to your order*
  • How should I install my bundles?
    Before installing your extensions, conditioner wash (co-wash) the hair first with a moisturizing conditioner like Organix Moroccan Argan Oil conditioner. After your install, brush your hair out thoroughly to remove loose hairs.
  • How can I protect & sustain my straight, body wave, loose wave bundles?"
    1. Shampoo 1-2 times a month using a good quality sulfate-free shampoo 2. Do not massage the hair 3. Rinse thoroughly 4. Apply a moisturizing conditioner and comb hair starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp 5. Rinse thoroughly 6. Let air-dry IMPORTANT NOTE: *Conditioner only wash is recommended at least 3 times a week*
  • How can I protect & sustain my curly bundles?
    1. Apply a moisture rich Conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp. 2. Leave conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more. 3. Do not massage the hair. 4. Rinse thoroughly. 5. Scrunch the hair gently to enhance the curls. 6. When, damp, apply a dime size of anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum. For soft kinks, a curl cream may be required for a more tamed look. 7. Let air-dry. 8. Do not use oil products or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause matting. 9. Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle. IMPORTANT NOTE: *Conditioner only wash is recommended at least 3 times a week*

  • How to care for my lace closures and frontals?

After waking up, undo braid and comb using a wide tooth comb (or paddle brush) through beginning at the ends and working your way up to roots. 3. Style as needed Curly Texture We reccomend you sleep with your curly hair using the pineapple scarf updo method

If you have not received an order number or confirmation, then your order has not been received. TressesGalore reserves the right to limit sales to any individual or area as we see fit. Additionally, due to customer satisfaction and fairness, we reserve the right to limit the purchasing quantities of any of our products at any available time. Note - It is in our right to update these policies as we please. It is in our discretion to update our product descriptions and pricing as we see fit. We reserve the right to discontinue or upgrade any products at any time. Please check for updates regularly to ensure you are operating on accurate and timely information. TressesGalore will not be liable for periods of time where this website is unavailable. Making updates or reconstructing the site will usually lead to this, but out of respect for our clients, we will send out a notice that this is the case and will offer alternative methods of shopping with us.   • Delivery Terms
    Delivery times may be flexible. Depending on your proximity to the state we reside in, delivery times will vary. Because we provide hair services, each of our products are designed based on specific consumer needs and requests. Therefore, time must be allotted to ensure your order is customized and fulfilled to the customer’s liking. We work diligently to ensure all of our customer’s needs are met. However, please note that due to unexpected/unprecedented factors, delays are possible. Especially, due to COVID-19 shipping delays through the US Post Office have been very prevalent, therefore we kindly ask that you offer us grace and patience with shipping. We will not be held accountable nor will you hold us liable for delays that are out of our hands and are not due to our company’s negligence. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to our “Thank you,” page that will display your order confirmation number. Additionally, you should receive a confirmation email with all of your order details. All orders being shipped will require signature confirmations at the time of delivery. All items must be signed for and will be handled with care. Failure to comply, will result in a returned package back to the sender or to the postal service. Failure to provide a correct address will not leave the company liable and we are not obligated to comply at our own expense. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or incorrect addresses. If there are any issues, please ensure you keep up communications with us so that we may work with you to locate your order.   • Order issue
    In the event you receive any damages, customers are responsible for the shipping fee associated with errors on orders that requires exchanges both ways. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as Tressesgalore is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Order Pickup
    Some items may not be immediately available for pickup. Some items usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Processing takes 2-3 business days and occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup. You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you’ll need to provide the pickup person’s name, email address and phone number. They’ll need to show their ID and the order number at pickup. Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.
  • Refund policy
    Due to the nature of products, all items are final sale! All custom wigs are custom made to order. No refund or exchanges allowed. If there are any errors with your order on TressesGalore’s behalf, returns/exchanges are welcomed if the merchandise is returned in the same exact way it was received. This includes tags and wrapping still attached. Hair that has been combed, brushed, finger combed or altered in anyway, will not be accepted. After 7 days of customers receiving their order, we are no longer liable to provide refunds.

    TressesGalore reserves the right to cancel any order or request at the company's discretion. Each case will be managed accordingly.
